Do not keep guessing combinations. Check the printed details, follow any on-screen waiting instruction, or ask AAPP for help.
“We could not verify that combination”
Check for a mistyped claim number, an incorrect ZIP code, or a last name that differs from the printed recipient. Use the mailing ZIP code rather than substituting another address.
Verification checks the mailing record; it does not guarantee rebate eligibility or payment. An unsuccessful verification does not establish that an eligible offer exists or that funds are owed. If the information appears correct, contact AAPP so support can explain what to check next.
Phone-number and saving messages
If the form asks for a valid phone number, enter a 10-digit U.S. number. The phone field is required and is separate from your postcard reference.
If the portal says it could not securely save your phone number, follow the message and try again. A successful inquiry is the point at which the phone number is saved for offer-related support and follow-up. Verification does not authorize automated marketing calls, texts, enrollment, or billing.
Temporary verification limits
After several attempts, verification may be temporarily unavailable for security. If the page asks you to wait, allow time before trying again. Do not try to work around the limit by repeatedly changing identifying information.
When your secure session ends
A session-ended message means you need to verify your postcard again to access the protected offer information. Return to the homepage and enter the required information. A bookmarked protected page does not replace verification.
Ask for help safely
For assistance, call (813) 264-7110 or email info@aapp.club. Describe the message you saw. Do not include passwords, full payment-card details, or Social Security numbers in general email. Keep your postcard available when speaking with support.
Check the terms for your offer
An AAPP voucher is a conditional promotional rebate offer, not a guarantee of funds or payment. Receiving a postcard or verifying a reference does not establish that money is owed. Rebates depend on eligibility and completion of the applicable written redemption requirements. This explanation does not limit AAPP’s obligation to pay rebates earned under the applicable terms or your rights under applicable law.
This guide summarizes the published postcard program. Your transaction confirmation and applicable written terms control, subject to applicable law. Verify your postcard to view the complete terms and information assigned to your promotion.
