Prepare a submission

AAPP voucher receipt requirements

Every monthly redemption requires receipts that meet the qualifying-purchase minimum in your verified offer terms. A receipt total alone does not establish eligibility: the purchases and the complete submission must meet your written program rules.

At a glance

Keep legible copies for your records. Do not reuse receipts, and exclude alcohol, tobacco, and other ineligible purchases.

Check purchases against your package

Read the eligibility rules supplied with your numbered forms before selecting receipts. Alcohol and tobacco are excluded. Returned or refunded purchases cannot be used to support an eligible redemption.

If a receipt contains both eligible and excluded items, make sure the qualifying purchases meet the requirement under your package’s instructions. Ask support if you are unsure how a particular purchase should be treated; do not assume every dollar printed on a receipt qualifies.

Make the copies readable

Submit legible receipt copies as instructed in the package. Keep the relevant purchase information visible and avoid cropped, blurred, or incomplete copies. Altered, unverifiable, duplicate, or illegible receipts can lead to denial.

Keep a record of which receipt copies accompany each numbered form. Receipts cannot be reused for another redemption. Keep copies of your completed paperwork as well, because mailed originals are not returned.

Include the rest of the submission

Receipt copies are only one part of a complete request. Include the correct numbered redemption form, completed as instructed, and a self-addressed stamped envelope. Submit only one form per calendar month and follow the sequence.

Mail the complete packet to the Monthly Redemptions address in your written instructions. The AAPP business office address is different from the redemption mailing address.

If a submission is not approved

An unapproved submission pauses the sequence. Review the reason, correct the issue, and resubmit the same form number in a later eligible calendar month. Contact support if you need a replacement form or an explanation. Each form number may be approved only once.

Check the terms for your offer

An AAPP voucher is a conditional promotional rebate offer, not a guarantee of funds or payment. Receiving a postcard or verifying a reference does not establish that money is owed. Rebates depend on eligibility and completion of the applicable written redemption requirements. This explanation does not limit AAPP’s obligation to pay rebates earned under the applicable terms or your rights under applicable law.

This guide summarizes the published postcard program. Your transaction confirmation and applicable written terms control, subject to applicable law. Verify your postcard to view the complete terms and information assigned to your promotion.
