Check the reference carefully
Read the reference directly from the postcard. Compare each letter and digit before submitting the form, especially characters that look alike. Do not substitute a phone number, postal barcode, or the advertised offer value for the claim number.
Postcard layouts can differ, so the reference may not be in the same position on every mailing. If you cannot identify it, ask AAPP for assistance rather than guessing a series of numbers.
Use the mailing information
The ZIP code and last name work with the reference to locate the offer. Use the ZIP code in the mailing address and the recipient’s last name exactly as printed, even if you have a question about an address change.
The phone-number field is separate from the claim reference. It requires a valid 10-digit U.S. phone number and is saved only with a successful verification for offer-related support and follow-up.

Avoid sharing a photograph of your entire postcard publicly. It may display your name, address, and claim reference. General support email should never include full payment-card details, Social Security numbers, or passwords.

Return to the homepage and check all required fields before selecting Verify and continue. Successful verification opens the information associated with your promotion. It does not enroll you or authorize a charge.
