Redemption basics

How AAPP monthly voucher redemption works

The AAPP voucher promotion uses 12 sequentially numbered mail-in redemption forms. Each redemption must meet the written requirements and be approved before the corresponding rebate check is issued.

At a glance

One numbered form may be redeemed per calendar month. Each submission must meet the qualifying-purchase requirements in your verified offer terms.

Follow the numbered sequence

Begin with form 1 and continue in order. Do not skip ahead or submit multiple numbered forms for the same calendar month. Each form number can be approved only once.

For each submission, include the correctly completed numbered form, legible copies of qualifying receipts, and a self-addressed stamped envelope. Follow any additional requirements in your written package.

Where to review your rebate details

Verify your postcard to review the rebate details, qualifying-purchase minimums, and terms assigned to your reference. Your confirmation package also contains the instructions that apply to your promotion.

Do not assume that an amount shown on someone else’s postcard applies to you. The promotion is not a gift card, prepaid balance, immediate cash payout, government benefit, or money already owed.

If you miss a month or need a correction

A missed month or an unapproved submission pauses the sequence rather than permanently forfeiting it. Correct the issue and submit the same numbered form in a later eligible calendar month. If you already mailed the original, contact support for a replacement when needed.

Because missed months and corrections extend the sequence, completing all 12 approved redemptions can take longer than 12 months. Do not reuse receipts or try to obtain a second approval for a form number already paid.

Keep membership and voucher rules separate

A paid membership is not required for an otherwise eligible voucher participant. Direct cancellation or a direct refund does not by itself affect voucher eligibility. The published chargeback provision is subject to applicable law and the terms disclosed for the transaction. It does not waive your lawful dispute rights or authorize withholding rebates already earned under the applicable terms.

Review your confirmation and complete written terms before participating. This guide explains the general process; it does not replace the documents that apply to your promotion.

Check the terms for your offer

An AAPP voucher is a conditional promotional rebate offer, not a guarantee of funds or payment. Receiving a postcard or verifying a reference does not establish that money is owed. Rebates depend on eligibility and completion of the applicable written redemption requirements. This explanation does not limit AAPP’s obligation to pay rebates earned under the applicable terms or your rights under applicable law.

This guide summarizes the published postcard program. Your transaction confirmation and applicable written terms control, subject to applicable law. Verify your postcard to view the complete terms and information assigned to your promotion.
