Postcard verification and support

The portal uses your claim number, mailing ZIP code, and last name to locate and verify the postcard record. Your phone number is saved only with a successfully verified inquiry for offer-related support and follow-up. Entering it does not authorize automated or prerecorded marketing calls or marketing texts.

Verification and session information also help prevent misuse and restrict access to offer-specific pages. Necessary session cookies support that access. Website analytics are not required to verify a postcard or read a guide.

Information used by the portal

AAPP’s mailing records include recipient names, mailing addresses, postcard references, and assigned offer information. When verification succeeds, the portal records the phone number provided and the date and time of the visit. Authorized staff can review successful verification counts and record inquiry follow-up or purchase status. Those records help AAPP support the inquiry and understand whether a postcard response led to a purchase. The shared program review account records successful login dates and times separately for administrator review; it does not create a customer inquiry or save the phone number entered for that account.

The portal also uses a protected identifier derived from a connection’s network address to limit verification attempts. Hosting and security systems process technical connection information to deliver and protect the site. The claim-access cookie normally expires after 30 minutes. This expiration does not delete the underlying mailing, inquiry, or activity records.

Authorized AAPP staff and the service providers operating the portal’s hosting, storage, and related support systems process information needed for those functions. Optional Google Analytics is described separately below.

Optional Google Analytics

If you choose Allow analytics, the public pages use Google Analytics to measure visits and which public guides people read. Google may process technical information such as device and browser details and network information when the service loads. The site sends a public page address without query strings, a public page title, and a limited source origin when appropriate.

The analytics implementation does not send claim-form values, names, ZIP codes, phone numbers, claim references, verified offer details, or staff dashboard information. Tracking is limited to the public pages; protected offer pages and staff pages do not load analytics. Advertising storage and advertising personalization are disabled.

Analytics remains off until you agree. A Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal keeps it off. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Use Cookie settings at the bottom of a public page to change your choice. Choosing Necessary only stops future analytics collection and clears this site’s Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase data already sent.

Questions, corrections, and privacy requests

Contact info@aapp.club or (813) 264-7110 to ask about information associated with your inquiry, request a correction or deletion, ask about retention, or request that offer-related follow-up stop. Describe your request without sending sensitive financial information. AAPP may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law; a request does not guarantee deletion of records that must be retained.

You can read the public guides and contact support without submitting the verification form. Postcard-specific access requires the information shown on that form.

Sharing information safely

Do not post your claim number or postcard address publicly. Do not send full payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, medical records, or legal records to a general support email address.
