Before sealing the envelope
Check every item below against the instructions that apply to your promotion.
- Use the correct sequentially numbered form; only one form may be submitted per calendar month.
- Complete the required information on the form clearly.
- Include legible receipt copies that meet your offer’s qualifying-purchase requirements.
- Exclude ineligible purchases and do not reuse receipts from another redemption.
- Include a self-addressed stamped envelope.
- Keep copies of the form, receipts, and other paperwork before mailing.
Use the redemption mailing address

This P.O. Box handles monthly redemption submissions. The general AAPP office at 3225 S. MacDill Ave., Suite 345, Tampa, FL 33629 is a separate address. Check the instructions enclosed with your package before mailing.
Keep track of the sequence
Record which numbered form you sent and when you mailed it. Do not send a different numbered form to replace a pending submission or reuse the same receipts. Each form number can be approved only once.
If a submission needs correction, follow the correction instructions and resubmit the same form number in a later eligible calendar month. Ask support for a replacement if the original was already mailed. Mailed originals are not returned.
After you mail it
Allow time for delivery before counting processing time. Complete submissions generally take 3–4 weeks after receipt, subject to review and the written rules. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed payment date.

An AAPP voucher is a conditional promotional rebate offer, not a guarantee of funds or payment. Receiving a postcard or verifying a reference does not establish that money is owed. Rebates depend on eligibility and completion of the applicable written redemption requirements. This explanation does not limit AAPP’s obligation to pay rebates earned under the applicable terms or your rights under applicable law.
